Approvals

Three things wait for a person, and each is decided by somebody other than whoever asked for it:

• An action on another platform, asked for on a case.
• A run an automation held, because its mode is ask.
• A privileged change: making somebody an administrator, issuing an administrator's token, weakening a setting, lowering how many approvals a change needs, or moving the audit log.

What was asked for, by whom and why is shown before anybody decides, and the decision is in the audit log. A privileged change asked for by the only administrator is applied as they make it, and the record says it was approved alone.
